Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of package; or store credit for items received within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale, promotional items, & Gift Certificates are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Items returned loose or improperly packaged are eligible for store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return and store credit shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; trackable, insured shipping is recommended.

• Order number

• Full name

• Shipping address

• Phone number

• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing (bank timing may vary).

Layer & Stack reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
