Layer & Stack is a New York–based, female-owned jewelry brand founded in 2010 with a simple belief: beautiful jewelry should be effortless, versatile, and made to be worn every day—not saved for special occasions.

Layer & Stack's founder, Randi, watched her father build successful hardware stores on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn. His entrepreneurial spirit & passion for serving the community didn't just inspire her—it cemented the dream of owning her own business.

Randi cultivated her love for fashion and creativity at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Later, she spent a decade working in the fashion industry, as a window designer, styler, merchandise buyer, and wholesale seller. After a stint in corporate America, she decided to pursue what she loved most—building a business that combines her creativity, connections with people, & ability to curate jewelry that inspires confidence.

Randi became a familiar face at street fairs, festivals, & special events in the Northeast, helping thousands discover jewelry that complements their personal style. Those face-to-face conversations & loyal customers shaped her brand into what it is today.
